BucketsApp — Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BucketsApp (the “App”), owned and operated by Buckets, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using or accessing the App and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to post or share any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise violates any laws or rights of third parties. We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove or disable access to any content for any reason.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Service.

  • Engage in automated data collection or “scraping” of the App’s content.

All content provided by us, including graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Buckets, LLC and protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws.

 

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Austin, TX.
